The National Kidney Foundation is a nonprofit health organization. A dedicated foundation for preventing kidney and urinary tract diseases. They improved the health and well-being of individuals and families affected by kidney disease and increasing the availability of all organs transplantation. There are more than 50 local offices nationwide. They provide vital patient and community services, conducts extensive public and professional education, advocates for patients through legislative action and supports kidney research to identify the new treatments. They only rely on the individuals and corporate donations, business partnership, foundation and government grants and revenue from special events. The donated dollar will go directly to supports the programs and services.
The National Kidney Foundation’s Kidney Cars Program charitable contribution plan that enables you to turn in your used car, van, truck or even boat. The donation from your car will go to the public health education, organ donation programs and medical research to prevent kidney disease. There are basic Requirements for Kidney Car donors: the vehicle donation must be whole, must hold a clear title to the vehicle, must disclose structural damage.
The Kidney Car Program is licensed and insured and service providers meet all local and federal EPA requirements. Once you cal the car donation, the NKF representative will answer any question you might know about the program. And will be asked you about the vehicles location and condition to help you for scheduling your free pick-up, They accept all vehicles and tow it for free. After receiving and completed the car donation packet, they will contact you for schedule for your free tow. They will also provide all the pertinent tax documentation required for deduction after the completion of the process.
