Texas Cars for Kids is a program of Texas Can! Texas Can! is a charity dedicated to helping at-risk kids. They provide second-chance education for many of these kids in a safe non-threatening atmosphere. They help many of these kids get their high school diplomas.
Texas Cars for Kids and Texas Can! gives educational opportunities to kids who would otherwise have no chance. Believing that education is the way to success, Texas Can! has many programs for these kids. They have opened charter schools throughout Texas and are rapidly expanding to other states.
Texas Cars for Kids takes cars, trucks, boats, or planes whether they are running or not. The steps for your car donation are:
1. You can donate either online or you can call 1-866-835-KIDS
2. A representative will call you with 1-3 business days. And towing is FREE.
3. Car is sold at public auction.
4. Money from the sale minus the fees are given to the program
