Seattle Emergency Housing Service (SEHS)

Since 1972, The Seattle Emergency Housing Service (SEHS) has been providing shelter to homeless families, along with helping them to become self-sufficient members of our community. Their mission is to provide housing and supportive services to help families with children break the cycle of homelessness and become self-sufficient members of the community.
SEHS has received over 6,000 calls from individuals all over the Puget Sound area who have expressed an interest in donating their vehicle.
Most of the callers complete the necessary paperwork, earning SEHS over $ 200,000 since July 1, 2002. To donate your used car, van, truck, trailer, RV, motorcycle or boat (running or not), simply fill out their vehicle donation form at www.emergencyhousing.org/vehicle_donations_form.html .
SEHS will make all the arrangements to pick-up your vehicle donation at no cost to you. It is because of such donations that SEHS have been able to enhance their current programs and increase their staff to meet the needs of the homeless families they serve.
