The National Kidney Foundation is a nonprofit health organization. A dedicated foundation for preventing kidney and urinary tract diseases. The donation from your car will go to the public health education, organ donation programs and medical research to prevent kidney disease. There are basic Requirements for Kidney Car donors: the vehicle donation must be whole, must hold a clear title to the vehicle, must disclose structural damage.

The Kidney Car Program is licensed and insured and service providers meet all local and federal EPA requirements. Once you cal the car donation, the NKF representative will answer any question you might know about the program. And will be asked you about the vehicles location and condition to help you for scheduling your free pick-up, They accept all vehicles and tow it for free. After receiving and completed the car donation packet, they will contact you for schedule for your free tow. They will also provide all the pertinent tax documentation required for deduction after the completion of the process.

There is no cost to you and you don’t have to live in New York City. After calling or e-mailing, a pick-up will be scheduled in a few days, when you will turn over the title and the vehicle. It may take several months for the donation to be processed, and then you will receive a thank-you letter from Habitat-NYC, which you can use for tax purposes. Queens Centers for Progress was founded over fifty years ago by a group of parents concerned about the lack of services for their children with developmental disabilities. From a program providing educational and therapeutic services to a few children, QCP has grown to be a major provider of services for people with developmental disabilities. Donating your old car to QCP will allow you to deduct the full book value from your income for tax purposes. Plus, you’ll be helping a worthwhile cause – the funds generated will go to help in vital work helping developmentally disabled people lead more fulfilling and independent lives. For the Love of Animals is a nonprofit, all volunteer organization dedicated to preventing abandonment, abuse and animal overpopulation. FLOA knows that education is essential to reversing the critical situation whereby thousands of innocent animals are abused, euthanized and abandoned daily. To help counteract the situation, FLOA developed and founded the Wags and Whiskers program. The purpose of the program is to educate the public and especially children. Volunteer teachers go to the schools to help children discover the joys and responsibilities of animal ownership through a specifically designed “hands-on” program.
