CAR DONATION IN NEW JERSEY
New Jersey has a number of deserving charities that operate Car Donation schemes. It would be impossible to list all of these, however here are three of the more deserving causes that you can give old automobile to.
The National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence (NCADD)-New Jersey promotes the prevention and treatment of, and recovery from, alcoholism and drug addiction through advocacy and education. They support the recovery of alcoholics, drug addicted individuals and their families and work to reduce the stigma surrounding the diseases of alcoholism and drug addiction.
You can donate your car to NCADD via www.cars4charities.com and by designating the code NCADD-NJ to benefit from your donation.
Scouting has always been a great organisation for kids to learn new skills and other important aspects of life. Central New Jersey Scouting is now accepting donations of used vehicles to support local groups. They will deal with your donation directly and can accept vehicles throughout the state. For additional information please contact the Council Program Director John Gliot at 609-419-1600 ext 22 or through email at jgliot@bsamail.org.
American Children’s Cancer Association was founded and dedicated to putting love, joy, peace and hope into the hearts of families with cancer. Its sole cause is to provide financial assistance to the families with children undergoing cancer treatment in the local area. These families cannot afford to provide their children with the proper treatment, Professional clinical assistance or healthcare to seek a cure of childhood cancer. Your used automobile can help raise valuable funds needed to assist this goal.
Cars are accepted and picked up throughout the Tri State area. For further details call 1-888-923-7172 or e-mail accahelpchildren@aol.com
