CAR DONATION IN HOUSTON
Houston and its surrounding area have a number of deserving charities that operate Car Donation schemes. It would be impossible to list all of these, however here are three of the more deserving causes that you can give old automobile to.
At The Shaken Baby Alliance, the mission is to provide support for Shaken Baby Syndrome victim families (Including adoptive and foster parents), advocate for justice for SBS victims, and increase SBS awareness. They constantly need funding to help promote awareness of this syndrome and as such have started their own car donation scheme.

Mothers Against Drunk Driving is a 501©(3) non-profit grass roots organization with more than 600 chapters nationwide. MADD is not a crusade against alcohol consumption - MADD’s mission is to stop drunk driving, support the victims of this violent crime, and prevent underage drinking.

Foster’s Home for Children is a non-profit organisation that has been serving boys and girls since 1960. The Home is licensed by the Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services as a multi-service agency providing residential group care, foster care, and adoptions. In addition the Home is contracted to provide in-home family care to children at risk of having to be placed outside their home. The Foster’s Home extends its services to the residents of all 254 counties of the State of Texas. Individuals wishing to donate cars, trucks, or recreational vehicles to Foster’s Home may do so at the website www.donatevehicle.com or by calling toll free on 1-800-513-6560. Arrangements will be made to pick up your vehicle, running or not. A valid title is required. Periodically, Foster’s Home needs cars which can be used by student drivers on campus. These vehicles need to be in good running condition with no major repairs needed.
